Getting to the Island

Well I had some fun with the group as they were crossing the lake. It's amazing what the threat of a large krakken can do to the party when they are in a tiny rowboat. They have now got into the water door and the fight is on. If they can keep moving fast enough they may not get trapped. It depends on how hard I want to push things I guess.

The next stage

Well the group has now managed to clean out the outer ring. Now they need to investigate the island and this is where it will get interesting. I had some fun attacking them with some centipedes while they were resting and almost killed off one of the rogues. It was a short session as two of the players are gone hunting and one other showed up sick so we sent him home. The group is also lucky in that they are heading to the water door. The easiest door of the four. The next few sessions will tell the tale.

Putting out the Fire

Well the last session was entertaining as I managed to seperate the party when the cleric put up a blade barrier with half of the group behind her and now cut off from the larger fight. Although this group had their hands full with a were-rat sorcerer who nailed them with a few lightning bolts before he was killed. When the rubble had cleared from the temple falling due to Galius; the group finally managed to get back together but didn't have much health left. The good news is that they have finally cleared out the outer ring of the temple and now have to taken the inner island. They better make sure they know what they are doing otherwise the inhabitants will easily take them out. Now I wait and see.
